Profile Setup

Profle Setup

Sign Up • Starting Your New Account

Go to the League Portal site

Create and View Games

Set Your Profile Information

  • Go to the Profile section

  • Choose a photo or logo for your League

  • Set League Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address

  • Choose the Sports you Manage and any Certifications you will require from refs

Payment Center 

  • Go to the Payment Center to enter your Payment Info

    • This can be a Credit Card or a Bank Account​

    • ​Methods can be Deleted and Changed at any time after being set​

  • You will only be charged for referees that ref your games

    • If you have unfilled referee positions, you will not be charged.

Add New Games

  • From the Game On! section go to Add Games

  • Enter the Game information:

    • Sport, Date (must be 7 days out), Start Time, End Time, Field Location, Team 1 Name, Team 2 Name, Field ​/ Parking / Other Notes

  • Enter the Referee Info:

    • Referee type, their Pay amount, Add all referees you will need, Age Group, Competition Level, League Specific Rules, and any Required Certifications

  • Overview the Payment Info section to see total price and when the payment will be processed

  • Click on the Find Me Refs! button to save your game to the system

  • You will then be notified of the Game's Submission and be prompted to add another game or be done

Game Day Preparation

  • Double check the Rules section for your games in My Games for any specific rules you will need to be aware of

  • Look over the Field Notes to see if there are any other things the league or tournament need you to be aware of when you get to the field

  • Make sure you have all the attire and tools you will need for the day

    • Common items are: jersey, whistle, penalty marker, proper shoes, water and snacks to name just a few​

  • Map out the location in advance so you know where you are going

  • Arrive at the field in plenty of time to make sure everything is in order

Checking In

  • Once you arrive to your location you can now check in on the Herd of Zebras App

    • This goes off geo-location of your phone and the address for the game

    • You will be able to check in a half-hour before and after the start time

  • Tap the Check In Button

Reporting Scores

  • After you have successfully checked into the game, you will now be able to see the name for both teams, areas to record scores, and an area to record any other additional notes or penalties

  • Once the game has completed, review all entered scores, notes, and penalties and  tap the Submit button

  • If applicable, check in to the next game and repeat the process
